Getting Started (User Guide)

This path is for operators and admins using app.qefro.com — no backend code required.

Outcome

• Organization ready with at least one Owner
• One AI Workspace with documents indexed
• Test chat returns cited answers
• Optional: website widget or WhatsApp bound to the workspace

Steps

1. Sign up / sign in at app.qefro.com.
2. Create an AI Workspace (e.g. Support) — Workspaces.
3. Upload knowledge (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, crawl) — Knowledge Base.
4. Test in Admin Console chat until citations look correct — Quick Start.
5. Invite teammates and set roles — Administration.
6. Connect a channel — Website widget or WhatsApp.
7. Add Business Tools (optional) when you need actions, not only answers — Developer Guide or ask engineering to register the Backend SDK.

Workflow checklist

First workspace live

1. Create workspace — Admin Console → Workspaces.
2. Upload documents — Wait for indexing; fix failed files.
3. Test chat — Verify citations and refusals when unknown.
4. Invite team — Owner/Admin/Member + teams for workspace access.
5. Enable channel — Widget token or WhatsApp on Growth+.
